Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before we ship, the sooner you let us know the better. Contact shop@darkroomlondon.com or +44 (0)20 7831 7244 with your order details at least 30 minutes before collection. Once your parcel has been booked in for collection, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. International & domestic parcels are usually collected at 4pm [GMT] Monday - Friday. We will, of course, accept a return, but the postage & return costs are the customers. Please note that we can make no guarantees to cancel orders prior to shipping but will always do our best. In instances where we were unable to cancel the order we will accept a return. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for further details.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order before we ship, the sooner you let us know the better. Once your parcel has been booked in for collection, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. International & domestic parcels are usually collected at 4pm [GMT] Monday - Friday. We will, of course, accept a return, but the postage & return costs are the customers. If you contact us to change your order after 1pm [GMT] we may only be able to ship it the next day unfortunately. Please note that we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping but will always do our best. Not sure if my order went through?

If you’re not sure whether your order was successful, please check your email inbox & spam folder for an order confirmation, a successful order will also show in the ‘track orders’ section of your account. If you are still unsure, please contact shop@darkroomlondon.com or +44 (0)20 7831 7244 further assistance.

How often do you re-stock sold out items?

We keep a continual eye on replenishing stock, looking to top up popular items when we can. There are no set dates though, so keep an eye on the latest stock page or drop us an email on shop@darkroomlondon.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7831 7244 about specific products.

I don't understand a term in the description…

If there’s a term in the description relating to fit or finish that you’re unsure of then please contact us on shop@darkroomlondon.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7831 7244 and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.

Can you order something in for me specially?

Potentially we may be able to order in from existing suppliers. Please contact us on shop@darkroomlondon.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7831 7244, and we’ll do our best.

I purchased an item which is now cheaper in the sale, can I have a refund?

We understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately this is the nature of sale. We are unable to refund any further markdowns, unless purchased the same day. If you wish to return the item for a refund and re-purchase at the markdown price, there is a chance somebody else will buy the item. All shipping costs are also paid by the customer.
