We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible.
Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery; in most instances it will be less.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Returns
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item please contact us via email to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition to the address below.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund all sums, with the exception of postage and packaging costs. Only items that are in their original, unused condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
